BOTOX Cosmetic Names 2026 Confidence Collective Entrepreneur Cohort

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, has announced the 2026 cohort for The Confidence Collective: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs, a BOTOX® Cosmetic initiative designed to support women business owners through mentorship, education, and funding opportunities.

According to the company, this year's participants were selected from a highly competitive applicant pool representing a wide range of industries, professional backgrounds, and business concepts. The program aims to provide women entrepreneurs with practical resources to help advance their businesses while fostering a community of peer support and professional development.

“The Confidence Collective” participants began the program earlier this month with a virtual community summit focused on business development, financial education, and networking. The initiative will continue with a multiweek “Boost Camp,” which offers specialized mentorship and training tracks tailored to participants’ business goals.

This program is designed to help build confidence, foster community, and propel their businesses forward.”

Mentorship, Education, and Funding Opportunities Drive Program Growth

As part of the initiative, 20 entrepreneurs will be selected to receive $20,000 grants from BOTOX® Cosmetic. Grant recipients will be chosen by a panel of Allergan Aesthetics executives and aesthetic-industry entrepreneurs, including Jennifer Cobbs, PA-C; Lisa Espinoza, MD; Lycia Thornburg, MD, FAAD; Neekan Rivera, PA-C; and Shawna Chrisman, NP.

“Having been involved from the beginning, I've seen firsthand how The Confidence Collective helps women step more fully into their role as leaders,” Chrisman said in the announcement. “Being surrounded by a community where entrepreneurs support and believe in each other, I can't help but feel inspired and motivated by their stories as I continue my own entrepreneurial journey.”

The 20 grant recipients are expected to be announced this fall.
