BOTOX® Cosmetic Expands Support Program for Women Entrepreneurs with 2025 Confidence Project

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, has announced the return and expansion of its initiative aimed at addressing the “Confidence Gap” among women entrepreneurs. The 2025 edition of The Confidence Project: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs will support 250 founders through mentorship and business development training, culminating in a competitive grant opportunity of $20,000 for 20 selected winners. 

Originally launched in 2023, the initiative has provided $1 million in funding across more than 40 recipients to date. This year’s program, developed in partnership with Hello Alice—a business platform focused on growth and inclusion—will offer participants access to an intensive “Boostcamp.” The program includes skill-building workshops, mentorship resources, and exclusive networking opportunities.

Following the completion of the course, participants will pitch their ventures to a panel of aesthetic entrepreneurs, including representatives from Allergan Aesthetics and Hello Alice for the chance to receive one of 20 $20,000 grants from BOTOX Cosmetic.
