BostonGene, a company developing AI-driven models of tumor and immune biology, announced that two of its abstracts have been accepted for poster presentation at the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) 2026 Annual Meeting. The conference will bring together thousands of experts in blood cancer treatment at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

The first study, presented by Tamara Laskowski, PhD, introduces a next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based "Actionability Score" framework for multiple myeloma. The tool integrates target gene expression, resistance-associated factors, and tumor microenvironment signatures to help predict how patients might respond to three widely used immunotherapy targets — BCMA, GPRC5D, and CD38. Applied across multiple myeloma patient cohorts, the framework identified distinct actionable molecular profiles as well as potential mechanisms of resistance, offering a predictive tool that could inform clinical trial design and treatment sequencing decisions.

The second study, presented by Mark Meerson, MSc, evaluates BostonGene's interpretable, rule-based genetic classifier called Lymphly across more than 6,500 samples spanning diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and other non-DLBCL B-cell lymphomas. The analysis found that Lymphly uncovers molecular programs shared across diverse B-cell lymphoma diagnoses, preserves subtype classification accuracy better than legacy tools even when working with limited targeted panel data, and retains independent prognostic value — positioning it as a framework for cross-disease stratification and biomarker-driven trial design.

Both posters will be presented Wednesday, September 9, from 6:25–7:55 PM EDT in Hall B3 of the convention center.
