    With the hopes of initiating and improving treatment for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), the American College of Emergency Physicians will be offering the new and updated Emergency Medicine (EM) focused Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Waiver training at their annual Scientific Assembly, Saturday October 26th 2019. This eight-hour course is open to all Emergency Medicine physicians and residents.

    ( Resident: $75 • ACEP Members: $150 • Non-Members: $200)

    Tune in as Dr. Matt Birnholz discusses this learning opportunity for all healthcare professionals with one of the instructors of the course, Dr. Eric Ketcham, who has witnessed a growing number of patients in the emergency room suffering from opioid withdrawal.
