  • Overview

The treatment option axatilimab for patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGHVD) was studied in the AGAVE201 trial, which identified the optimal dose that had a high response rate and reduced toxicity. And since axatilimab was studied in a very advanced population who suffered from fibrotic manifestations, a sub-analysis was then conducted to evaluate responses in fibrosis-dominant organs, including the esophagus, lungs, joints, and skin. Here with Dr. Charles Turck to share the results regarding axatilimab’s impact on these organs is study author Dr. Daniel Wolff. He’s also a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University Hospital Regensburg in Germany.
