    Experts provide a review of screening and treatment of overactive bladder in men and older adults. Watch these short online modules to gain insight into guideline-based recommendations.

  • Learning Objectives

    Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:

    • Incorporate routine screening for symptoms of OAB in both male and older patients
    • Implement effective treatment strategies for male and older patients with OAB according to guideline recommendations
    • Formulate strategies to manage OAB long term, taking into account concomitant medications, adverse events, and adherence

    In support of improving patient care, Partners for Advancing Clinical Education (PACE) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

    Nursing contact hours: 1.00, which includes 1.00 hours of pharmacology credit

    AAPA Credit Designation
    Partners for Advancing Clinical Education (PACE) has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 1.00 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. Approval is valid until January 30, 2024. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. 
    IPCE Credit Designation 
    This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 1.00 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.
