Dr. Yasser Aman is the CEO and president of the University Muslim Medical Association (UMMA) clinic based in south Los Angeles. UMMA is regarded as the first Muslim community clinic in the United States with its sole mission to provide free or low cost primary health care to medically underserved communities.

Dr. Aman received his master of public health degree in health services from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he went on to earn his doctoral degree in health services.
