Tangerine Brigham is the Community Health Program Officer for the San Francisco Foundation and director of Healthy San Francisco. She directs the Foundation's efforts in the areas of prevention, access, health disparities, and policy reform. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Brigham served as Chief of Staff for LA Care Health Plan, Director of the Corporation for Supportive Housing's California program, and Director of Policy and Planning for the San Francisco Department of Public Health. She serves on the boards of First Place Fund for Youth, Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, and the Fred Finch Youth Center. She received her Master of Public Policy degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
