Dr. Honig is a clinical professor of urology and the director of Men’s Health at Yale University School of Medicine. He is the past president of the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction (SSMR) and is the president-elect for the Society of Male Reproduction/Urology, a subsociety of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. Dr Honig is a regular American Urological Association Plenary Session speaker and has spoken 6 times on various topics relating to andrology. He has given state-of-the-art lectures on male hormonal contraception, genital enhancement surgery, male infertility interactive sessions on oligospermia, gender-affirming surgery, public awareness of male infertility, vasectomy, and fertility after vasectomy. He was a member of the AUA guidelines committee on vasectomy. He is currently a reviewer for the Journal of Urology; Urology; the Journal of Sexual Medicine; and Fertility and Sterility.
