Dr. Stanley Fineman earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, and completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Fineman did his allergy and immunology fellowship at Harvard University School of Medicine, and later earned an MBA at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Dr. Fineman has a teaching appointment as clinical associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Fineman has authored or co-authored over thirty scientific papers in a variety of scientific publications. He has served on the editorial boards of the medical journals, Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, Allergy and Asthma Proceedings and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the publication "Allergy Watch."
Dr. Fineman is board-certified by both the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Fineman received the Distinguished Fellow Award from the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
Dr. Fineman is currently treasurer of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and past-president of the Joint Council of Allergy Asthma & Immunology.
