Peter Farrell is divisional vice president of marketing and clinical affairs for Abbott Laboratories Point of Care business, which is based in the East Windsor, New Jersey offices of the giant drug and medical device maker. Mr. Farrell joined Abbott Point of Care on March 1, 2005. He has nearly two decades of health-care experiences in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical imaging and biotech industries. While he has worked the last five years at Abbott, his earlier work came at BioChem Pharma, a start up public imaging company. He graduated from University of Western Ontario in London. He is a native of Canada where he lives with his wife and four children.
