As vice president of medical marketing and a co-founder of Metagenics, Inc., manufacturer and distributor of medical foods, Mike Katke helped develop the company's sales and marketing strategies. He initiated and co-developed the Health Appraisal Questionnaire used in doctors' offices worldwide, and co-created the Nutrition Masters Course series, a training program developed to keep healthcare professionals informed of the latest in nutritional science. More recently, Mr. Katke created the FirstLine Therapy Therapeutic Lifestyle Program. Mr. Katke lectures frequently throughout the US and worldwide on the clinical application of functional nutrition.
