Dr. Michelle Mudge-Riley works with professionals and corporate entities as a career and business development consultant, helping to reduce or avoid burnout, optimize revenue and find strategies to diversify employee skill sets. She also works with individual clients on career direction, personal development, networking assistance, business development, managing recruiters and mentoring programs.

Dr. Mudge-Riley received her DO from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and her masters degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed a medical internship at Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital System (VCUHS) and a business residency under the CEO of the same hospital system. She has been directly responsible for planning, implementation, communication, and evaluation of programs involving healthcare wellness, change management, safety, and quality within a variety of industries. She also advises employer groups on wellness and change management as a senior consultant at McCarthy Actuarial Consulting Firm.

Dr. Mudge-Riley has conducted seminars and spoken on topics related to change management, career transition, motivation, wellness and health education. She has also been published in a variety of books and journals, including Physicians Practice Magazine, The Physician Executive Journal and The DO.
