Max Brown has been vice president and general counsel at Rush University Medical Center on Chicago's West Side for 25 years. He oversees a staff of healthcare, corporate and transactional attorneys. A graduate of DePaul University School of Law, Mr. Brown currently holds an academic appointment as associate professor in the health systems management department in the College of Allied Health at Rush University and has held adjunct faculty appointments at Loyola University School of Law and Dominican University. He is an active writer and speaker in the area of health law, ethics and alternative dispute resolution.
