Luis Ramos is program director and assistant professor at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has also served as a PA in the navy and at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Mr. Ramos is currently working with the government of Puerto Rico to allow mid level providers to practice on the island.
