Karen Mulitalo is a senior lecturer and program director of the physician assistant program at the University of Queensland in Herston, Australia. Prior to moving to Australia, Ms. Mulitalo was an assistant professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. In 2007 she was recognized by the Physician Assistant Education Association for leadership and she was also named the educator of the year by the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
