Dr. Judith S. Beck is the Director of the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research, and a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also the author of Cognitive Therapy: Basics and Beyond, the basic text used in teaching Cognitive Therapy and The Beck Diet Solution, a Cognitive Therapy book for consumers that teaches skills for lasting weight loss.
