Dr. John Luo wears many hats including Chief of Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry, Director of Psychiatric Emergency Services, and Associate Director of Psychiatric Residency Training – all at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior and Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital. His courses and lectures on technology have been a staple of the APA scientific program for years. He writes a bi-monthly column called “Tech Advisor” for Primary Psychiatry and serves on the editorial advisory boards of “Medicine on the Net”, MD Netguide, and Spyglass Consulting.
