Jack Lasoski is the director of health services and occupational medicine at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, part of the United States Enrichment Corporation, in Paducah, Kentucky. He was named Kentucky's Physician Assistant of the Year by the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants in 1996 and 2005. Mr. Lasoski is a past president of the American Academy of Physician Assistants in Occupational Medicine.
