Derek J. Robinson, MD is a spokesperson for the American College of Emergency Physicians.  Dr. Robinson practices emergency medicine in a suburban community hospital outside of Chicago. He is also a diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Robinson completed his residency training at the University of Chicago Hospitals where he also served as a flight physician for the University of Chicago Aeromedical Network and AXA Assistance International. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Howard University College of Medicine, and Xavier University of Louisiana.
