Dr. Wright is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Co-Director of the Emergency Medicine Research Center at Emory University. He directs the Brain Injury Research Group at Emory University, an interdisciplinary and highly collaborative core of clinicians and researchers investigating novel ways to address acute neuronal injuries. He is an NIH funded researcher and continues to conduct both basic and clinical research in the area on acute neurological injury.
