Dr. David Sabgir, a board-certified cardiologist, is a renowned health and wellness expert. He is recognized by his peers for taking a unique, common sense approach to health care that resonates with his patients. He is the proud recipient of Columbus' Health Care Heroes award, as well as Business First's 40 Under 40 Award.

He is the founder and creator of Just Walk!, a physician-led, free walking program that incorporates seven pillars of good health, including exercise, nutrition, family, friends, education, humor, and charity. Just Walk! is proud and fortunate to have been nationally featured in U.S. News and World Report, Cooking Light, Walk! Magazine, and Travel Host. Just Walk! is honored to have been featured on the local CBS and NBC affiliates and several radio stations. The organization has been featured in multiple articles in the Columbus Dispatch, Columbus Monthly, Business First, Ohio Magazine, Delaware Gazette, Central Ohio Health Magazine, and many other forms of print media.

In addition to his time with Just Walk!, Dr. Sagbir has served as an expert to print and broadcast media on multiple topics, including exercise, diet, causes of fatigue, blood pressure, alcohol consumption, and more. He loves practicing medicine and has a passion for speaking. He has addressed audiences such as the American Heart Association Go Red Luncheon, Chase Bank, The Ohio State University's Division of Cardiology, Honda Family Festival, Wolfe Symposium, City of Worthington, and Capital Area Safety Council.

Dr. Sabgir is an active or former member of many professional societies, including the American Heart Association, American Medical Association, American Society of Echocardiography, American College of Cardiology, and American College of Physicians. He also serves on multiple advisory boards within central Ohio.
