Brian Morton is a region executive for the Halley Consulting Group. He is a seasoned healthcare manager with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in primary care, specialty practices and behavioral health, with particular expertise in billing, receivables management and compliance.

Mr. Morton's prior experience includes the direction of operations and fiscal management for home health, durable medical equipment and the behavioral health departments of Fairfield Medical Center. He developed the audit and revenue analysis tools for National Century Financial Enterprises, and subsequently was instrumental in the receivables funding processes for several healthcare facilities located in California, Georgia, South Carolina and Arizona.

Most recently, at a Halley Consulting client site, he served as vice president of physician operations for a 60-provider multi-specialty network. During his tenure, he streamlined billing operations and improved cash flow by reducing accounts receivable from 88 to 30 days, while improving net collections per visit by 14 percent. Mr. Morton also consolidated 26 different active physician compensation plans and successfully transitioned the doctors into the Halley Consulting model. He earned his bachelor of science degree and his master of business administration degree from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
