Beth Ann Malow, MD, MS
Beth Ann Malow, MD, MS

    Dr. Beth Ann Malow, is an associate professor and division director of sleep disorders in the Department of Neurology, Vanderbilt University Medical Center.   Her research focuses on the interface of sleep and epilepsy, and more recently, sleep, autism, and related disorders of neurodevelopment. Through collaborations and mentorship, she is involved in the study of sleep as relates to diabetes, pulmonary disease, and stroke, as well as aspects of sleep medicine related to genetics and circadian biology. In addition to conducting her own NIH and foundation-funded patient-oriented research, she has taken an active role in facilitating patient-oriented research through involvement as Associate Director of the Vanderbilt Clinical Research Center and Director of the Vanderbilt Sleep Core, as well as my participation on research committees of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Academy of Neurology.
